2026 SACPHA Annual Board Meeting
Monday, March 30th, 7:00 PM at Bulverde Methodist Church
SACPHA will hold its annual Board Meeting on March 30, 2026 at the Bulverde Methodist located at 28300 US Hwy 281. The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. Please see the Solicitation of Candidates for the Board of Directors Notice located under Homeowners Info, then click the Board Meeting Agendas tab.

REGISTRATION
If you live in Country Place please register by clicking the Register link in the upper right corner of the Home Page so you can receive a User ID and Password. Some areas of our website are password protected for Privacy reasons. This website is our only method of communication to Country Place residents. All meeting notices and documents are posted on this website. No signs or meeting notices will be posted in common areas. You must REGISTER so you can receive all communications through the website and email correspondence.
MESSAGE BOARD
Please remember we have a Message Board to post announcements and replies. You must subscribe to this feature under the Message Board tab so you can receive e-mail notices of new postings.
ANNUAL DUES INFORMATION
Annual dues statements were mailed out at the beginning of December. The dues amounts have increased 10% from the previous year: $376 for a lot with a home. Please make sure to mail your checks by 1/30/2026. Any payments received after this date are subject to late fees and penalties. Mail checks to the CPHOA Address:
